Customize your 2016 Toyota Tundra nearly any way you want thanks to the numerous trim levels, cab styles, and engines. You can choose a Regular Cab, the Double Cab, or the CrewMax Cab. You can choose one of two wheelbases and between three bed lengths, depending on which trim level and cabin you choose. There are six available trims for the Tundra, although not all are available with every configuration. Even so, there are enough Tundra configurations to ensure you can find exactly what you need from this full-size pickup.
2016 Toyota Tundra SR
The base trim in the Tundra is the SR trim, which gives you all the basics you need, such as full power accessories, a damped tailgate, cruise control, a 40/20/40 bench seat, a tilting steering wheel, and air conditioning. You also get advanced features, like heated mirrors, keyless entry, a rearview camera, a 6.1-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, a CD player, and inputs via a USB port and auxiliary audio jack.
2016 Toyota Tundra SR5
The SR5 trim features fog lights; variable intermittent windshield wipers; and upgrades, such as satellite and HD radio, navigation app, traffic information, and a 7-inch touchscreen. The Tundra CrewMax SR5 adds even more, like an overhead console. There is also an SR5 Upgrade Package with a tilting-and-telescoping steering wheel, center console, power adjustment for the driver, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Adding the Safety & Convenience Package gives you parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert, and blind spot warning.
2016 Toyota Tundra Limited
The Tundra Limited builds on the SR5 with the Upgrade Package, adding tie-down cleats, 8-way power for the driver and 4-way power for the passenger, leather upholstery, and leather on the steering wheel. You also get dual-zone automatic climate control, automatic headlights, navigation, an upgraded touchscreen, and more speakers.
2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum
For the utmost in luxury, go with the Tundra CrewMax Platinum, with the features of the Limited with the Safety & Convenience Package. It also has LED running lights, a sunroof, ventilated and heated front seats with extra power, memory for the driver, 20-inch wheels, and 12 speakers of premium JBL sound.
2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition
The 1794 Edition version of the Tundra is nearly identical to the Platinum, but it has its own styling elements both inside and out. Some elements include the chrome grille, gunmetal gray front bumper featuring chrome end caps, and Western-themed interior.
2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro
If you plan to take your Toyota Tundra off-road, then you should strongly consider the TRD Pro trim. This configuration builds on the SR5 with the Upgrade package and adds off-road tires, Bilstein shock absorbers in the off-road suspension, and four movable tie-down cleats to help you get off-road. It also enhances the interior with leather upholstery featuring red stitching and the LED logo, 4-way power for the passenger and 8-way power for the driver, navigation, seven or nine speakers, and an upgraded version of the 7-inch touchscreen.
